Whoever
An employment agency for Main Street.

The brief: hiring help should feel like walking into an agency, not installing software. A front door, a file, a first day.
the idea
A small business loses work in the gaps: the call during a job, the follow-up nobody owns. Whoever is the agency you tell about the gap. It designs the employee for it and hands you their file to read and correct.
Then you audition them on their own phone number before you pay a cent, and teach them by texting that number. No dashboard to learn.
how and why
People trust an employee they can picture. So Whoever looks like an agency from the nineties, built out of paper: a manila Employee File, help-wanted flyers with tear-off tabs, a time clock, a first-shift kit in the mail. No robots, no glowing gradients.
Instrument Serif in an oval like a shop sign, a cream ground, a checkerboard trim and one red asterisk carry it from the storefront down to the record on your phone.

after the call
The call ending is where most tools stop. Here a completed call becomes a Call Card: what happened, and what happens next, filed stage by stage. The employee drafts it, and the owner reviews it before the customer ever sees it.
